From Denver, go west on I-70 to Exit 252, Evergreen Parkway (Highway74). Follow Evergreen Parkway until it intersects with Highway 73, located at the foot of the dam at Evergreen Lake (approx. 7 miles). Turn right (south) onto Highway 73 and go about 3.5 miles (uphill all the way). After road begins to go downhill, look for Alabraska Lane (at bottom of hill) and turn right. Take the second left onto Singing Springs Lane, then the second left to The Red Barn (past school).
Grandview Terrace & Victoria's Garden (Meadows at Marshdale main office)

Follow above directions, past Alabraska Lane. Turn right at the Evergreen Professional and Technological Center sign. Follow road to the back of the meadow to the main office building with the flag pole. The Meadows at Marshdale occupies the lowest garden level and terrace.
Gate House (Guest House)

Follow above directions, past Alabraska Lane. Turn right at the Evergreen Professional and Technological Center sign and take first right into driveway.
Meadowview Retreat (Guest House)

Follow above directions, past Alabraska Lane. Turn right at the Evergreen Professional and Technological Center sign. Follow road past the flagpole, staying left to the Meadowview Retreat.
