The Red Barn

Charm and elegance best describe the picturesque Red Barn and is perfect for gatherings of up to 125 guests. Have your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, family reunion, business meeting, graduation party or any sort of banquet in The Red Barn. Lodging is within walking distance of the event site, and there are several outdoor event locations on the property. Inside, a balcony surrounds the Great Room providing a view of the stunning chandelier and large room below. The garden level room is suitable for dancing, food stations or other activities. A large indoor/outdoor deck overlooks the pond and meadow with spectacular mountain views. Several rock patios create options for outdoor events. This unique facility in Evergreen serves as a marvelous conference center, meeting location, or retreat center, but it is truly magnificent for a mountain wedding. Say your vows at the Mountainside Arbor or in Victoria's Garden and spend your honeymoon with us in The Guest House!

Guest House

The large Guest House is within walking distance of the Red Barn and other outdoor sites and has a spectacular view of the Rocky Mountains. The upstairs of the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a large living/dining room and spacious kitchen. Up to 10 daytime guests may enjoy the privacy, but we ask that no more than six guests stay overnight. The garden level of the house includes a Gathering Room where up to 35 guests can mingle and spill into the garden. The Guest House Garden consists of an expansive lawn ideal for larger groups and is surrounded with several sitting areas amidst aspen trees and flower beds. It is a lovely place to have an informal wedding, an outdoor dinner, or a quiet game of crochet. Hold your family reunion here or simply choose the Guest House for your own private retreat. Several nearby restaurants as well as a bed & breakfast are within walking distance and provide other options for entertainment and additional accommodations.

This flagship building is a prime mountain location for any sort of office or business.
