Guest Houses
Conveniently located on the edge of the property, both the Meadowview Retreat and Gate House are perfect for family reunions, out-of-town wedding guests or private retreats. With clean, up-to-date accomodations, you'll enjoy modern luxuries while crisp mountain air and wildlife linger at your doorstep. Both houses feature wrap-around decks to capture the magnificent view of the Rockies and are within walking distance of the Grandview Terrace and Red Barn. The Gate house has an event room that hold at least 36 guests for a celebration, group function, or meal.
Meadowview Retreat
This Guest House rests at the top of the meadow and provides the best view of the property from the master bedroom and wrap around deck.
The house can accomodate up to 15 overnight guests with bunk beds and trundle beds distributed around the house. Five showers, four toilets, and multiple sinks are scattered conveniently throughout the house and a large playground and fenced-in area allow children to run freely.
Gate House
The Gate House provides roomy accommodations for up to eight overnight guests with three-plus bedrooms, three baths, large living/dining room and kitchen.
A wrap-around deck a reveals the view of the mountains while the “Garden Garage” provides protection from inceiment weather, and is a lovely space for small functions. The secluded aspen grove and sprawling lawn allows for a variety of activities such as an outdoor dinner, game of crochet, or wedding ceremony.
Several nearby restaurants, as well as a bed & breakfast, are within walking distance of the property and provide other options for entertainment and additional accommodations.
