Reservation, Fees and Cancellations: The Meadows at Marshdale is a small, family-owned business. Cancellations result in significant loss of energy and income as well as disappointment for potential guests who have been turned away based on those reservations. Therefore, we must enforce firm reservation and cancellation policies. Below is a partial list of The Meadows at Marshdale guidlines. For a complete list of policies, please download the form at bottom of page.
- A $500 security deposit is due at the time of reservation. (This may be applied to damage deposit.)
- The facility/site fee is due 180 days prior to event date. (If payment is more than 30 days deliquent, the reservation will be cancelled and security deposit will be forfeited.)
- In the event of a cancellation, renter must notify The Meadows at Marshdale in writing.
- Cancellations made more than 180 days prior to event date, one half (1/2) of security deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 90-180 days prior to event date, renter will forfeit entire security deposit, but the facility/site fee will be refunded.
- Any cancellations made within 90 days of event date, renter will forfeit all monies paid.
- The $500 security deposit will be held as a damage deposit by The Meadows at Marshdale for the faithful performance of all terms and conditions of the Agreement and may be applied to the cure of any default of the Agreement.
- The damage deposit refund will be processed 3-6 weeks after event date.
- Failure to abide by Renter Responsibilities Guidelines is cause for renter to forfeit damage deposit.
